Inmate assess and evaluation (psych unit); medication administration; FSBS with Insulin administration; EMR documentation of care provided; counsel inmates when having psych issues; refer to MD as needed or send to Crisis Management if unable to de-escalate situation; prepare information packets on new admits to PAMIO program (Program for Aggressive Mentally Ill Offenders); sort sick call requests to be sent to designated departments; any of duties as assigned by charge nurse.

Assessment and evaluation of physically and mentally challenged individuals living at State School Campus; FSBS and insulin administration; medication administration; G-tube feedings and medications; G-tube site care; Colostomy care; urostomy care; SP cath care; documentation of all care provided; float to Critical Care homes as needed; trach care and suctioning; Oxygen administration per MD orders; any other duties as assigned by shift supervisor.
