Principal investigator and research manager responsible for providing insights into the needs and desires of families today and improving the experience and lives of our members across the globe. Responsibilities include:• Cross-functional collaboration and support • Strategic planning for long term growth and social impact, including the development of national, movement-wide outcome measures, evaluation platform and socialization strategy.• Management of external research partners/vendors• Voice of the Customer and member experience research• Outcomes development and impact measurement • Design and management of formative and summative evaluations, survey development; focus group & interviews; qualitative and quantitative data analyses• Internal and external presentations, publications and technical reports• Research support at national headquarters and to 111 Girl Scout Councils nationwide• Evaluation of corporate, foundation and federally funded programs• Proposal concept development and grant writing
