I oversee the daily administration, operation, and leadership of a residence hall with over 170 students and directly supervise seven resident assistants.

Performed graduate-level research with Dr. Maya Shrestha over the “Synthesis and Characterization of Epoxidized Limonene”.

I addressed and resolved conflicts between roommates. I created and organized social events for residents to create connections within the university. I supervised a unit with 32 residents and assisted in responding to complaints, reports, requests, and emergencies.

Experienced preparing a brief lecture in the laboratory sections of Chemistry I, Chemistry II, Organic Chemistry I, and Organic Chemistry II. Guided students through the laboratory procedures and explained concepts that were troubling among the class. Ensured safety while overseeing the experiments performed by the students.

Assisted students in understanding abstract concepts. Maintained a postive environment for the students to feel encouraged and motivated to complete their class assignments.
