Retrieve print-outs and mail for Consumer Advisors. Order supplies and distribute for five teams, print and distribute 2900 reports. Call members and providers for additional information needed for member submitted claims and keep a log of calls and notes regarding information given. Backup PBX (Operators) when needed by answering calls from members, receive information, and direct them to correct department. Backup other Support Clerks, printing and mailing information to members and providers, work PO returns, receiving files from processing and store in file room. Keep an updated list of department hardware and the employee contact information of Consumer Advisors. Serve as Emergency Coordinator for my department. Responsible for content of MBA department bulletin board. Load information from member survey cards into database for division and manager.
