Cash handling, customer service, following the rules of the road, efficiently using a POS system register, answering phones, taking orders clearly, cleaning according to health department regulations, being responsible for all money I receive for the food I deliver until my shift is over, and doing all this in a timely manner and with a smile.

This was a seasonal position, during the summer, I worked two summers for this company. Customer service, handled cash drawer, balanced opened and closed register/restaurant, worked very fast and efficient to complete orders quickly as they were always busy, took inventory, worked and delivered items to the fair booth, proficiently cleaned the restaurant, cleaned dishes, worked as part of a team as well as individually.

Scanned and filed all prepared taxes, answer multi-lined phones, ordered office supplies, open office, customer service, set appointments, shredded documents, used P.O.S system to print tax returns for clients, managed the office while manager was on vacation and trained seasonal receptionists,

Assisting the elderly with and without cognitive abilities, complete activities of daily living like getting dressed, teeth brushed, hair done, toileted, cleanliness, eating and bathing. Took report of all residents cared for and gave report for the five to six residents that I cared for during my shift. Tidied up their rooms and provided company and support to them. Answered call lights and fall alarms swiftly and gave daily medications allowed by the state of Alaska for a Certified Nursing Assistant. Also I had to obtain continued education credits to uphold my license and the company provided classes to be up to date with modern medicine.

Helped plan daily specials, wrote them neatly on the board, opened the main seating area of the restaurant, assured everything was clean and ready to go, placed my till in the drawer and counted it, answered multi-lined phones, seated people according to the seating chart that I made, made reservations, took orders, at times I served tables on top of my duties, cleaned the dining room, restrooms and waiting area constantly, occasionally took drink and food orders for servers, helped general manager determine who to hire for me to train, was cross-trained for most positions in the restaurant except cooking, counted down my till at the end of every shift and at times instead of opening I closed the restaurant.

Greated customers, answered multi line phones, made floor plans for the servers daily, counted my drawer, took orders and served customers in store and to go. Cleaned according to industry standards and prepped the store for the day.

Packed and shipped packages all over the world, made books for some customers, copied and faxed documents for customers, assisted with sorting mail and placing into the correct P.O. boxes, sold office supplies as well as packing supplies, cashiered, worked as part of a team and individually.

Cashier, prepared and made sandwiches, rotated stock, at times I was the acting supervisor, cleaned, stocked, order taking, answered phones, delegated tasks to other employees in a professional manner, offered quality customer service, worked as a team member opening and closing the restaurant.
