Wendy has dedicated the last two decades of her professional life to finding effective ways to help people improve their state of wellness. She brings to Lucid Path Wellness an eclectic background including twenty years as a licensed psychotherapist specializing in workplace wellness and short-term therapy; she’s been providing in-person and long distance shamanic healing sessions and teaching shamanic workshops for the last sixteen years through Lucid Path Healing Arts, LLC; and she’s the author of several books.Having a foot in both the physical and dreamtime worlds, Wendy is driven to understand the role stress plays in our bodies and minds, as well as discerning the impact our physical experience has on consciousness and healing, and vice versa.Wendy is the host of the podcast Lucid Cafe where she explores consciousness, shamanism, and healing with a broad spectrum of fascinating guests. She also co-hosts a satirical, frequently irreverent, "advice" podcast with her friend Claire called Inside the Box with Claire and Wendy.
