Focussed support for cutting edge innovation growth opportunities, student WIL, internships, and placements for Griffith University with companies based at Cohort Innovation Space in the Gold Coast Health and Knowledge Precinct. Successfully collaborating with the Group WIL, Industry engagement and Partnership Offices to connect Schools and Departments with industry and transformation opportunities based at Cohort, to advance, support and grow the Health and Knowledge Precinct further as an outstanding innovation ecosystem.

Administer records management and information systems relating to the Paramedicine program.Create and foster placement partnerships with a wide range of agencies. Ongoing maintenance and database project improvements to record the entire placement experience and required data as per Council of Ambulance Authorities CAA accreditation requirements. Staff on-boarding and Sessional Staff engagement. As Team Leader led and united a team of specialised placement officers and clinical coordinators within the Clinical Medicine, Public Health, Environmental Health and Health Service Management programs in addition to independent paramedicine placements administration.Provided broad level impact advocacy to School Placements and Clinical Coordinator staff.Produced tangible synergic benefits from streamlined and systems automated activities.Connected and successfully engaged with a range of service providers. Communicated effectively and developed strong working relationships with external stakeholders.

Placement coordination role, successfully placing over 4500 UG and PG university students locally and in a variety of rural, remote, interstate and overseas settings, enabling students to underpin their theoretical knowledge with valuable Work Integrated Learning opportunities.

Instigation and recruitment of suitable research participants to under-take an Inter Rater Reliability trial for a Carrick grant and project 'Assessment of Physiotherapy Practice (APP) instrument. I administratively assisted and produced the 2009 final project report 'Development of the APP (Assessment of Physiotherapy Practice) Instrument A standardised and validated approach to assessment of clinical competence in physiotherapy. This was a collaborative research project conducted from November 2006 to November 2008 and was supported by a priority project grant from the Australian Learning and Teaching Council (ALTC). This assessment instrument has since been adopted Australia wide and in New Zealand.

 Customer Service.  Using a range of bibliographic databases and cataloguing. Digitisation of lecture notes and course readings. Undertaking acquisitions. Responding to reference enquiries. Provision of advice to students on library procedures and requirements. Document Delivery, Reserve Processing and Circulation Management resolution. Cashiering and provision of print services and assignment handling.

 -Office administration duties, phone and mail communications and providing confidential management support. -Maintaining membership and financial records, preparation of monthly BAS and GST reporting and MYOB accounts processing. -Provision of advice and assistance to members on industrial and policy matters and services available.  -Ascertained, planned and coordinated the training and development needs of 150 office employees.  -Team Leader support to staff in Customer Service areas. -Administration and Computer Support Officer for regional office -Interpreted and applied complex legislative decisions on program eligibility and entitlements using guidelines, policies, procedures and precedents. -Promotion and coordination of disability reform program initiatives administrative requirements and development of links with external community agencies and general public to gain wider acceptance of program reforms. -Provision of training for staff on Privacy, Breaches and FOI requests.
