Managing ~20 global engineers, I am responsible for design and delivery of Human-in-the-Loop solution, which combines machine and human intelligence at real time; I also initiated and architected machine learning image data collection, storage and training pipeline in public cloud in multiple zones across 4 continents.As principle system engineer, I initiated and implemented the company's first ever benchmarking system that annotates hours of hours video streams at granularities (session, checkpointing, frame-based, in both 2D and 3D) of sub centimeter-level precision, so that accuracies can be measured for various solutions and algorithms.I did complete profiling of the auto checkout system, derived whole picture of resource utilization and identified system bottlenecks. I further rewrote underline multi-threading streaming and communication module to achieve real time performance and scalability for large scale streams. I provided guidelines for engineering team for resource allocation and isolation in containers and Kubernetes clusters. I also optimized machine learning module written in pytorch using NVidia TensorRT.

Worked on stealth mode startup, at the junction of ML/Cloud/PaaS. Led technology and project evaluations. Conducted deep dive analysis.
