• Supporting the business changes with transition from Network to Fleetcare, communication with customers through this transition, extensions in line with business strategy. • Present the benefits of our products to new and existing clients and qualify customer requirements.• Update and add to the Customer Relationship Management system.• Find and develop new sales opportunities.• Accommodation agreements, collation of info through CV19 to allow business to make informed decision. • Debt collection and working with credit control and supporting Sales lead. • Preparation for legislation changes in 2021, DVS and ULEZ.

• Oversee rental planning and scheduled delivery/collections through time management, driver’s daily routines.• Carry out weekly Admin & VSA WQM’s. Schedule monthly 1-1’s. Carry out yearly PDR’s• Contribution an attendance at daily management meetings, deliver communications via daily team briefs.• Aim to provide a level of service within the Ryder team, continue improving internal & external communication.• Contribute towards weekly Sales calls and targets within the business

• Work with Central Reservation Teams to help fulfil hires for MOD/LEX/DHL etc. in a timely manner.• Active Management Framework Procedures. Successfully completed all relevant Rental, Damage and Management training courses within the L&D team.• Rental & Workshop Health & Safety audits• Fleet planning• Regular customer interface to address any concerns or complaints which include periodic customer visits / post investigation

• Ensure customer compliance documentation sent via email• Obtain and circulate post Rental/Workshop activities to relevant customers.• Successfully completed Ryder Stars Programme in learning and development.• Successfully completed ‘Good to Great’ programme through Balcroft Consulting Ltd, learning Office• Conducting and coordinating daily yard checks & weekly yard footprints
