Responsible for strategic sourcing of goods and services that support Thermo Fisher's corporate functions including HR, Finance, Marketing and Legal. Define the supply strategy to achieve both budgetary and synergy targets for corporate services spend, while sustaining or improving delivery quality. Served as an integration lead for the indirect sourcing function during Thermo Fisher's acquisition of Life Technologies.

Responsible for strategic sourcing of indirect goods and services totaling $450m/year. Deliver Opex savings, cost avoidance, capital and cash flow improvements while obtaining best value from suppliers. Strengths include negotiation, risk mitigation, outsourcing, supplier management, policy development and governance, and process improvement. Lead a team of six strategic sourcing managers in a matrix organization to deliver results globally.

Responsible for the procurement of $400m annual indirect goods and services. Oversee team of 3 sourcing managers to deliver cost savings in key areas including corporate travel, temporary labor, I/T telecom, and facilities/MRO.
