My responsibilities include:- Draft submission letters, affidavits, correspondence, and statements of account; - Conduct research on current immigration processing requirements and procedures;- Organize and maintain client files and database; - Coordinate outside service suppliers, e.g. education evaluators, translators;- Answer telephone enquiries and meet with clients; - Handle daily correspondence with clients and follow up through the application process; - Prepare immigration forms and review supporting documentation; - Prepare Canadian and U.S. temporary and permanent immigration application packages;- Enter and track data for key dates and activities on client files; - Provide administrative and secretarial support to lawyers.
