Manage all servers and networking equipment including SQL, Exchange, and file servers, content filters, firewalls, WLAN's, and routers for two sites. Maintained website, manage phones and phone systems, implemented and managed laptop sustainability program, and worked with faculty to implement necessary software and hardware products. Provided a series of tech workshops to help faculty and staff use existing software more efficiently, worked with student on school projects that required technology skills they did not yet possess, and talked with students about responsible equipment use and the dangers technology can sometimes present.
