I opened the store and all opening til requirements including accurate money counts before and after shifts. Eventually I was the stand in manager for the Moorhead store and performed all store running requirements, including all scheduling, financial balancing activities and inventory requirements, as well as opening and closing the store many days every week, due to lack of employees.

I was the on-site coordinator for the LSS Meals senior nutrition site. I completed all administrative duties for running the site including all paperwork necessary to receive all the various funding, managing the volunteer schedule, and when the nursing home closed I had to find a replacement meal vendor to keep the senior meals and Meals on Wheels programs in Twin Valley, MN. I worked at the Kairos House youth group home where youth lived on site and received behavior discipline and support at the facility. Supervising the youth residents with completing all household daily chores and their self-care requirements. Mentoring youth residents, cooking meals, hourly room checks overnight, supervising on field trips, and checking in new residents.

Submitted health insurance - Hospital claims to insurance companies for payment. I specialized in dialysis claims. I created a spreadsheet to keep track of all claims, as I was working on fixing the codes and resubmitting claims from over 2 years prior plus current claims. I alone enabled MeritCare to finally get paid for their dialysis treatments at their only facility at the time in Bemidji. They now have many more dialysis facilities.

On reserve weekends I entered and printed performance evaluations for all 30 members of my group. On the 2 weeks active duty each year I performed various data processing jobs, including batch print jobs, maintaining logs, creating a 2-D computer sketch of Navy ships fiber optic and computer hardware maps done to specs.

Provided computer and bank terminal support via telephone to over 9 banks throughout the Minneapolis and surrounding area. Occasional on-site assistance when needed. Required assisting operators with computer errors, sending updates, printing errors, and some hardware issues. Then inputting trouble tickets and updating the tickets with the solutions, or forwarding them to the proper department when neccesary.
