I was a career-driven mom of two boys who had all the opportunities ahead of me with my job, but something was missing. I loved the people I worked with, but I was searching for years to understand what was next for me. No title or company seemed like the right fit. Too much stress, very little time and two little boys lead to being overweight and unhappy. After taking control of my health, I decided to take the leap to help others do the same and found my purpose. Now I know, I'm here to help other frustrated, working moms struggling to make their health a priority find the support and plan they need to feel in control of their weight, fitness and health. And even more importantly, I help trapped, professional moms struggling to find purpose in their work and have energy left for their families to have more control over their lives so they can fulfill their purpose. In short, I help other moms like me find health, purpose and happiness in life because if you have those three, you have it all.
