Instructional Designer
Current• Assist in the development, design, and implementation of instructional materials for various learning platforms (eLearning, microlearning, etc.).• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate content into engaging and interactive learning experiences.• Utilize instructional design principles and best practices to develop learning modules, videos, and supporting materials.• Assist in storyboarding, scriptwriting, and the creation of multimedia assets using tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, and other relevant platforms.Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback to refine learning materials and improve user experience.• Support project management tasks related to the instructional design process, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
