Develop the center’s palliative research and event portfolio, as well as oversee the Palliative Care Policy GPS, a first-of-its-kind research platform tracking palliative care legislation and policies.

Conducted independent research on Senior Health and Nutrition Programs, analyzing senior home data in Japan to resolve the lack of health standardization issue in China's senior population. Participated in projects: Blue Book of China's Special Medical Food, Cross-Boarder E-Commerce Food Safety Regulation Project; Blue Book of China's Special Food Industry Development, China Annual Medical Food Conference.

Worked with Dr. Sophia Koutsogiannaki researching public health policies, the coronavirus outbreak, and the current development of COVID-19 serologic assays; co-published with two other members the Serologic Test for SARS-CoV-2: Mechanism, Assays, Concerns, Suggestions. Evinced limitations in testing regulation and suggested further research direction in combination use with other test kits, universal standardization, and tracking.

Research projects include: Medical Food Product Standard Revision Project, Medical Food Research Project, Senior Population Nutrition Standard Project, Diabetes Formula Research Project.

Developed skills including IV fluid and medical food formula administration; attained competency in nutrition assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation, and MNT counseling. Planned and oversaw daily diet menu charts for inpatients (150 hours).
