My name is Wendy Muller, a registered social work professional and social work junior lecturer at Stellenbosch University. In 2019, I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Stellenbosch University, where I obtained skills in case work, group work, and community work services. Thereafter, I completed my Masters in social work from 2020-2024, focusing on research on older persons in residential care facilities and the role of social workers. During this period, I conducted interviews with social workers from various provinces working at various organisations. In 2023, I served as a junior social work lecturer at Stellenbosch University, guiding first-year students. Responsibilities included guiding them in report writing, conducting practical classes, marking reports, and managing administrative tasks. I am now currently working as a junior social work lecturer with one of the 3rd year classes at Stellenbosch University.
