This combined with commercial development, led to an expansion in service, product range and increase in commercial income.• Developed volunteer retention from 3 to 15.

Managed Memory Making and R&R Retreats for on average 250 young carers over 15-20 events per year. This included planning, communications, and attendance where necessary. Recruited and managed, initially a small team of volunteers, with the intent to develop volunteers based on skill sets and interests, which serve the charity and the volunteer most effectively.Managed all social media channels including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram-ensuring the charity was on brand and was perceived positively by our supporters and the wider community.Achievements• Most recently and perhaps my most personal rewarding achievement, in 2019 I successfully trekked to Everest Base Camp to raise funds for MYTime Young Carers. • Managed a highly successful inaugural Young Carers Awareness Day with 100 young carers attending from local schools. This led to new relationships with schools and fantastic media coverage. The combined result of this allowed the charity to develop positive partnerships with schools and create a School Support Programme, as well as Young Carers Employability Project.• Developed a rebrand of the charity’s logo and social media presence
