Most of my time was in community banking, where I wore a variety of hats. I worked in several departments within the banking industry: operations, accounting, human resources and compliance. I feel my strength is analyzing data and investigations. I also enjoy retail merchandising. I guess this goes back to my first couple of jobs in a retail store and a grocery store. Throughout my extensive career, customer service and compliance have always been the first and foremost priority. Attention to policy and customer service can go hand and hand. If you have the right people on your management team, your organization can thrive.Currently, I am a licensed health insurance agent. I am licensed in several states. I really enjoy helping people, so this is great for me. I feel my career experience has given me the upper hand with this role.
