In a recent Ofsted inspection for one of my groups of children's centres, the lead inspector reported, "Since taking over leadership of the group in May 2014, the Children’s Services Manager has made significant improvements to systems, audits and partnership working. I strategically and operationally devise and manage a programme of services that meet local needs. Lead and co-ordinate an integrated team to deliver Early Intervention and preventative services.

Work in partnership with a range of key stakeholders such as schools, early years settings, health visiting, midwifery, JobCentre Plus etc. to devilver a range of services for families with young children. Lead and manage a staff team, health & safety functions and buildings.

Fundraising and contract reporting, Leading and managing a team to recruit, train, support and supervise a number of volunteer befrienders.
