-Distribute appropriate marketing information to clients in the territory - catalogues, brochures and other relevant publicity, prepare specific presentation for Sales pitches as required by the Sales team and liaise with Marketing Team on direct marketing campaigns.-To administrate the Sales Order process – working with Sales Exec on signature and processing of paperwork, issuing and signature of standard and non-standard contracts, processing of Sales Orders. -To maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all Sales.-To communicate with the Finance Department for purposes of accurate accounting and invoicing.-Processing Credit card refunds via Secure Payment and generating refund reports

-Processing high volumes of the purchase order, product codes and quantities in house data base system -assist the accounts department for bank reconciliation,-auditing the errors made by order entries-Collect and follow up payments in specific deadline -Monitor customer account detail for non payments, delay payments and other irregularities-Process invoices and run GST reports-Liaise and/or communicate with customers via phone, email or mail-Other general administration tasks as needed

-Assist control in all areas the financial operations as well as general accounting, accounts payable/ receivable, payroll, administration and treasury functions-Verify invoices and applications according to budget with focus on marketing programs-Develop, implement and control cash management operation-Prepare general ledger and monthly reports-Ensure transactions are all mapped to financial policies and procedures-Verify invoices and applications based on the approved budget-Reconcile banking statement with the daily payment-Reconcile insurance payment with the monthly payment
