Space layout, Furnishing Design & Independent Furniture Rep.

* Research, Selects and Coordinates Purchase of Furniture and Accessory; Communicate & Negotiate with product vendors & representatives.* Develop and Evaluate Requests for Proposals for Consulting Services (VIP Project cases: Model Homes & Private Home).* Coordinate Store space Planning projects with Architect, Civil Engineer and Interior Design Consultants.* Manage Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) Budgets for all projects.* Manage/oversee interior design consultants, including: approval of all finish and furniture selections, maintaining deadlines & budgets, and continuous correspondence. Advise on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, color schemes, and color coordination.* Visualize Merchandise to stores: furniture setup, accessory assign and space arrangement.* Create/Implement company Design Standards, including: Furniture grouping, Material selection, and FF & E packages.* Provide Furniture design related information to and communicate with relevant others including: Furniture Designers, Construction Project Managers, and Marketing Dept.* Supervise other department apropos of art and visual.
