As a Paraprofessional for Special Education students, I work closely with not just the students but also with administration and parents to assure the goals setI assist daily. in students IEP are met and surpassed. Translating at IEP meetings as well on a daily basis to ensure that parents are aware of what goes on with their child. Doing Dibbles, math lessons, introducing various sports and crafts to the students with the goal of inclusion and personal development and growth both academic and socially.

Disneyland

Supervised and adjusted the post production of schedules for 1,300 Disneyland cast members as well as maintain the operations and coverage of shifts during park operating hours and balancing hours at end of day. Assuring that shifts are filled according to seniority, classification and skill set while managing high volume of calls and shift changes in a timely manner to prevent disruption of business. Making adjustment and approving cast schedule request which were not limited to days off, early release from shifts and accommodations based on medical needs or personal necessity. Communicating with management that everything in the resort store wise is taken care of.
