Head of Staff Partnership - - develop and implement efficient 2 way communications, both across the organisation and from top to bottom.- Promote a culture that encourages staff involvement in decision making and where all staff feel able to contribute and confident their contribution will be listened to and valued.

My role is to gather information from staff on a completely confidential basis and share their thoughts with their Director and then report to both the Exec Board and the Board twice yearly on my findings. Object is to ensure staff are equally listened to as our patients/carers are.
