I'm a Cal State Long Beach graduate. I currently work in retail as a stock associate. After graduation, I remained in my retail job and traveled to new places. At my current job, I learned how to remain organized, multitask, and use online programs that are vital to the store's operations. During my time in school and retail, I discovered an interest in human resources and am now looking for introductory human resources jobs. I am also open to recruitment as I've come to realize how important recruiting the right people is to a company. After being in retail for four years, I've seen many people come and go and I would like to have insights on why they leave and how companies can retain their employees.
