About Wendy Maletta

Bringing brands to life has been in my DNA throughout my 37 year professional journey. My business relationships are like my personal friendships, decades long and deeply rooted. I bring a heart of servant leadership, passion and commitment to every project I'm part of. Most importantly, I love collaborating with others to create something that brings value and impact to life, and intentionally work towards improving our world through community connection, collaboration, engaging marketing and sharing stories.I am elated to be working with my long-time friend, brand creator Holly Riddel, on her brands including the recently launched Inside Out Movement (IOM) Journey, a breakthrough tool that helps people release internal pain that holds them back. Holly's product lines are all designed to inspire intentionality towards love and positive living, and we were instant friends when we met her by chance at a restaurant in 2005. I'm also a contractor and consultant for NFM, Pittsburgh's premier brand experience agency, working extensively with the Giant Eagle family of brands and Giant Eagle’s Community Engagement Team. I'm a servant leader by nature, so I'm especially proud that in 2004 I co-founded Dress for Success Pittsburgh, the highly successful local affiliate of a global organization that empowers women. Over 5 years, I established and grew DFS branches in 3 counties and secured primary and secondary funding, and still passionately advocate for them. I was also Director of Marketing at the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership for nearly 7 years. My contributions included launching Downtown Pittsburgh's first website and advertising campaigns, planning and producing hundreds of consumer events, and establishing partnerships that increased attendance at the annual “Light Up Night” holiday kick-off event by over 700% during my tenure.My career path led me to Duquesne University’s Professional Coaching Certification Program in 2011, and I became an International Coach Federation Certified Coach. I am a Past President of ICF Pittsburgh, was the 2013 recipient of the ICF Midwest Avatar Award, and served as Host City Chair for the 2018 Midwest Coaches Conference in Pittsburgh, which hosted 300 global attendees. I'm a proud wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend, and I'm honored to share my gifts to advance God's kingdom as part of the Women’s Ministry Leadership Team for Grace Community Church in Cranberry Township, PA. Lastly, I love to travel and am always ready for the next adventure!I'm open to new opportunities to share my talents!
