On March 21, 2012 Lightning Source acquired two EPAC facilities and staff.

• Managed $2.2 million worth of accounts, communicating manufacturing requirements, issuing POs for special materials and outside services, ensuring on-time delivery, and facilitating quality problem resolution. Primary point of contact for customers.• Achieved and maintained 99% on-time digital production and delivery of paperback and case bound books.• Managed production EDI data integration for new customers to drive automated prepress and book manufacturing with Océ and Nexpress equipment.• Interviewed candidates for Project Management positions.• Set up Toronto office, including floor plan design, importing furnishings and acting as general contractor.
