Medical clerk - scheduling, customer service, taking payments, filing, database & Records Management, Executive and Administrative Support, Reports and Spreadsheets, Slide Send out to hospitals as well as other pathologists including proper insurance information, HIPAA Compliance, Auditing for 95% accuracy, Accessioning including entering correct insurance information, Data Entry 80 WPM, Medical transcription typing 80 wpm, typing gross, microscopic, and diagnoses as well as frozen sections. Ordering stains, immunostains, and submits to Histology fro processing. Enter breast panel and FISH results and distributes reports to the physician and hospital. Ensures that all pathology reports are reported in a timely manner, keeping up with each pathologist's overdue reports, pending reports, and reason for delay. Edit documents by recognizing, interpreting, and evaluating reeptitions, discrepancies and confer with pathologist if needed. Office systems: Working with Excel, MS Word, Explorer 8, Windows Vista/XP, MS Office, Outlook, Winscribe; also type stat notes and proficient with chart organization.
