While working there I had the experience to do Physician, Hospital, 1500 and UB billing. I also worked on both Medicare and Medicaid billing as well as SNF and Workman Compensation claims. We worked on many different VPN networks for many different facilities. I spent time taking inbound and outbound calls dealing with both insurance claims, facility, and patient communication either on paper, email, or phone. We had the use of a computer based telephone system. I have been out of the Medical Billing field for a few years now. I was having complications from my Bipolar Disorder Disability. I was having panic attacks when I would go to the office thinking that everyone was judging me. I continued my treatment with my care team and became stable. I plan on keeping up with my treatment and I feel that I will be a wonderful asset to the company that allows me to use my skills using a Telecomuting position.
