GMHS (PVSD 50) partners with Collbran Job Corps. Geography, World History, U.S. History and Government are the structure in my classroom. 15 to 24 students in a period, each student is working at their own pace, working toward their goals within each subject. I have had the honor of teaching a variety of students and putting on educational programs with students for the entire campus for Veteran days and Black History Month.

With a great group of parents, we rebuilt the booster club into a non-profit organization supporting high school athletes. 2017-2018: Community potluck, kickoff for the school year, homecoming: team like dinner for entire community, taking action pictures and selling attire for our first ever Friday-night-lights game at PV.Glow run, donation drawing for a shotgun, oversaw brand sponsorships in partnership with yearbook class, selling attire throughout the year. Cowboy and Lady Cowboy of the year scholarship and banquet.Brought Lori Thomas to Plateau Valley to share Proactive Coaching message to students, parents and coaching and more!

Lead a team of high school students to build and compete in a FIRST robotics competition.We build more than robots! Teaching students to write grants, and request annual sponsorships to fund the majority of the program. Building and balancing relationships with experts in community. Guiding students through the design and decision making process as a team. Implementing program management strategies to guide the business, and STEAM teams.

Amazing experience, I am forever grateful and appreciate each every student who walked through my doors! Taught: Computer applications, keyboarding, business, accounting, robotics, computer science, career and life management, and other electives. Had the privilege of teaching U.S. History and Government.
