I work primarily with the Adobe suite of products, Dreamweaver, ColdFusion, Photoshop, Illustrator, Director, etc. I love what I do.I have also had many years of print experience with the Air National Guard from posters, flyers, brochures and annual reports.In addition to my 8-5 job, I freelance from my home and keep busy. I like to create systems for my clients to make their jobs and lives easier, not harder. I have a knack for explaining technical jargon in a non-technical way, and love seeing the 'light' come on when they understand.I have taught classes, and enjoy doing that occasionally as well, but it isn't my focus. To me doing the job is more satisfying than teaching it. As a trainer I delivered thousands of hours of product and personal development training to employees, supervisors, managers, and other trainers. During my time as a trainer, I developed or helped develop numerous training programs, including all training materials. I would regularly monitor and give performance feedback to associates and deliver training reports to supervisors and managers. Initial training classes were also a part of my responsibilities which entailed taking a class of new hires through all product, technical, and personal development training; maintained all training records; managed payroll; and made recommendations on placement during and after training.
