I am corporate member of The Institutions of Engineers Malaysia (IEM) in Chemical Engineering Discipline. I am also a Registered Professional Engineer with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).I have 14 years of working experience in related to steam process in palm oil industries, including biomass boiler design, project implementation, and steam process automation control. Vast experience in calculation for different type of pump sizing and selection for palm oil mill process application. The pump sizing is inclusive but not limited to the application of oil, steam driven pump, clean water, slurry, hot water, cool water and sludge.Also posses experience in practical approach by having system to further recover remnant oil in the sterilizer condensate and pressed EFB juice. Thus, preventing oil feed and lighten the biodegradation jobs in the palm oil mill effluent treatment system (cooling, acidification anaerobic, aerobic and polishing plant) besides generating extra revenue to the palm oil mill.
