 Perform full spectrum of HR/Administration activities.  Perform recruitment and hiring process.  Creation/maintenance of employee biometric records and door access cards.  Handle distribution of company uniforms, laptops, and cell phones to employees.  Generate and prepare daily attendance records.  Update employee particulars and leave records in the master database.  Maintenance of hard copy personal files.  Handle work pass / Foreign workers' quota.  Arrangement of medical check-ups and work pass collection for new foreign workers.  Handle government subsidies / MOM surveys which include foreign levy waiver applications.  Payroll computation and processing for non-executive employees.  Flight booking for foreign workers on home leave and repatriation. Employee income e-submission (AIS).  Organize company events.
