About Wendy Phillips

I work as the Head of Legal IT within Graham Gill UK LLP, which forms part of the Professional Services Group of Signium, my focus being on assignments to source IT professionals within the Legal Sector. I have focused in this area for over 15 years and developed the Legal IT Division at Longbridge International and then at market leading firm Graham Gill Consulting, who I joined in 2003 and which combined with Signium in 2015.I provide a full range of services to my clients from sourcing IT Directors, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Development and Support Managers/Analysts, IT Training Specialists, and dedicated Legal Systems experts to providing strategic market surveys. My clients include UK and US led international law firms, boutique law firms and a growing number of other professional services organisations. Recent assignments include: sourcing IT Directors for a leading IP firm and Private Equity Firm; an IT Trainer for a leading US law firm, Support Analysts and Infrastructure Specialists for several mid sized London based firms. I pride myself on getting the recruitment right, for both the client and candidate and as a result forming long term relationships.
