 Key point of contact for HPSG promoting company to various companies in the offshore surveying industry sector. Daily correspondence with HPSG management team, clients, and offshore contract surveyors.  Recruit new Contract Survey personnel by meeting with clients on a regular basis to learn of their future vacancies. Create an HPSG HSE and Induction packet for all new recruits. Develop and Maintain personnel training matrix and project board. Obtain and Manage offshore personnel portfolios with certifications. Generate internal process for recruiting including establishing client Master Service agreements. Maintain monthly reporting in ISNet World and Q Verify Attend industry trade shows and social events to market HPSG. Submit proposals and personnel portfolios to clients. Provide weekly updates to management team. Liaise with accounting to ensure proper billing and timely payment

 Implement ISO & Export Compliance program. Conduct scheduled audits & host acceptance audits for clients. Oversee daily compliance activities to ensure procedures were carried out. Management of Competency Training database. Monthly HSE reporting to Acteon, Corporate office. Performed JSA’s in association with new tasks / procedures being introduced to the company. Education and training of Risk Assessments via weekly tool box talks. Assist Senior Management in obtaining MSA with new clients. Company representative for dissolution of customer disputes along with recording and implementing service improvements. Manage NCR database  Training of Personnel (Induction, HSE, Business Compliance, ISO Procedures, and Export Compliance) Weekly Toolbox Talks to address open health and Safety and ISO procedures. Monitor inventory and testing equipment for service history and calibrations. Promote corporate branding for staff and marketing materials in keeping with global guidelines. Coordinate Marketing activities & events. (Trade Shows, Golf Tournaments, Lunch & Learns, Grand Opening Party).

 Review all contracts raised on a daily basis; i.e., creations, amendments, suspensions, and terminations. Attend to company transfer inquiries. Meet with clients. Event coordinator for marketing activities.

 Develop and Build the NDT Division. Review all contracts raised on a daily basis; i.e., creations, amendments, suspensions, and terminations Daily assess the need for purchasing equipment through feedback from salesmen, rental managers, customer feedback, supplier salesmen and Marketing Department Product Managers Assess, modify, and approve Sales Plan every week and ensuring that it is carried out appropriately Ensure ongoing compliance with all statutory requirements Review the debt collection efforts (calls and/or visits made) on a daily basis Ensure Salesmen and Rental Managers are aware of slow moving equipment and intercompany transfer inquiries. Ensure that Work Shop Manager and Technicians are aware of all equipment not available for rent. Monitor turnaround of equipment in repair/returned service. Handle various reporting such as monthly rental income forecast, daily contract count, and capitol approval requests Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws Interview, hire, and train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees; address complaints and resolve problems Inventory Management Implement and management of ISO procedures. Implementation of Export Compliance  Evaluation and Acquisition of new rental equipment  Negotiations in establishing OEM Pricing with suppliers. Oversee repairs and maintenance of rental fleet HR tasks (hiring process, disciplinary actions, payroll, benefits, vacation scheduling, training) Liaise with parent office in Aberdeen for equipment transfers. Analysis of utilization of rental fleet. Weekly and monthly reporting to parent office in Aberdeen. Event coordinator for marketing activities.
