I am excited to have joined Home-Start Flintshire as Project Coordinator. At Home-Start Flintshire we are dedicated to supporting families across our county by providing a unique mix of emotional and practical assistance. Our mission is to address the diverse needs of parents, helping them navigate challenges such as isolation, ill health, financial difficulties, mental health issues, child behaviour management, bereavement, housing problems and family conflict.In this new role I will research and establish the needs of Flintshire families and identify gaps in current local provision. With the support of a wonderful team of Home-Start professionals and volunteers, I will plan and develop regular group support activities to meet the needs of children and parents which will align with national and local priorities. Through networking with external agencies and local families I aim to further develop existing projects and create new collaborative opportunities for Home-Start, Flintshire to continue to make a meaningful difference to the lives of local families. I will measure, report and share the impact of these group initiatives

I ran a successful floristry business selling my handmade creations locally and worldwide. My work included; Marketing & Promotion, Social Media Creator, Delivery of group wreath-making workshops, Prepare reports and statistical information, Administration including filing, diary management, sales processing, order scheduling, invoicing, budgeting, database management. Customer service, Creating door wreaths and bouquet Box products.
