My responsibilities included leading project initiatives according to the strategic plan of the credit union. Provided support to develop project presentations to senior management team & board of directors to support the various initiatives. Implemented a new rewards Visa Credit Card to add to our current cash back Credit Card to give our members more options. Implemented a mobile application that included a remote deposit feature to enhance our current electronic online banking application. Successfully moved the VA Hospital Wade Park Branch to a new location and coordinated a new branch concept that was approved by the board of directors for future branch planning.

Managed 8-10 simultaneous projects with 500-5000 development and IT hour content. Led 40-member cross-functional and cross-company teams. Ensured timely, on-budget project completions by applying corporate and industry SDLC best practices. Managed executive reporting and analysis for critical projects by presenting "dashboard" with key metrics, health indicators, risks, issues and milestones to senior executives and project stakeholders. Implemented fraud and identity theft real-time solution for 1400 clients, with $300K, 3000-hour budget.Managed $250K, 2500-hour project to provide online Web portal for 1000 financial services clients.Implemented backend settlement infrastructure change for 2000 banks, credit unions and financial merchants to facilitate secure settlement of 1M financial transactions daily.Facilitated internal Web-based sales training by implementing $200K, 2000-hour sales demo system.

Reviewed project work breakdown structure and created project plans. Documented project risks and issues for project manager. Scheduled and coordinated weekly project team meetings.
