Second tier management position. Responsible for coaching and implementing strategic consultative, clinical and transactional sales, marketing prescription and consumer healthcare solutions to targeted physicians, dental professionals and institutions through a team of 10 representatives in a tri-state area.

Responsible for recruiting, coaching and developing a team of 11 colleagues with the objective of increasing prescriptions and professional recommendations throughout Michigan and Indiana. Planning and executing local sales meetings, assisting in recruiting management colleagues, leading and participating in special projects, utilizing business analytics for strategic business planning.

Promoted to this position, maintaining Professional Territory Manager functions while assuming the following responsibilities: budget management, coordination and facilitation of speaking programs with key opinion leaders, added project assignments and increased mentoring. Served as Interim District Manager and demonstrated proficiency in coaching and developing 10 representatives; interviewing, selecting, and training representatives; as well as organizing and executing district’s community activity.
