With experience working across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors I have significant experience demonstrated by successful contracts. These have included developing business cases, providing project governance and assurance, identifying and implementing benefits realisation plans and addressing quality management certification to most recently supporting the set up of a new profit-for-purpose business within a not-for-profit.Primarily providing short term contracting support I assist organisations to address requirements such as addressing process efficiencies, growth, regulatory compliance and change.I prefer to work-from-home attending on-site meetings as required.
