I have spent in excess of 30 years in the business turnaround sector, assisting Directors, Owner Managers and Business Managers to find solutions to their business needs. Working alongside the accountancy and insolvency markets, often as an a Non Exec Director my role is as negotiator, mentor, and advisor to and on behalf of the ones facing the decisions. I am impartial and unbiased and help businesses do what they are good at whilst supporting them at what they aren't. Also working with financial providers and using finance solutions to aid recovery or assist cash flow, always seeking the best outcome for the business, its owners and suppliers.
