CurrentCoordination of the D&A testing program; including collection site set-ups, scheduling mobile unit appointments and interfacing with testing laboratory representatives to include: Audits lists to verify a random sample is used for testing and yearly percentages are met. Provides contractors and service agent oversight and auditing to ensure compliance for federal and/or state oversight audits; validates proper protocols are met to include required unannounced and scheduled monitoring and audits. Stays current on changes to and maintains a library of federal, state, and local transportation regulations. Requests and reviews background investigation reports such as MVR's, CDLIS, and PSP reports. Preparing D&A paperwork for all testing types. Make sure all Client requirements are met with Company and Clients. • Assist in the generation of toolbox trainings, FLASH reports and Focus Four documentation. • Maintain drug and alcohol budgeting and invoicing policies.
