Defend companies against patent, trademark and copyright infringement claims in New York, Delaware, and Massachusetts, among other jurisdictions.

In 2019 and 2020I taught a course focused on representing foreign entities and their U.S. affiliates in federal court litigation including the S.D.N.Y. In 2022 I guest lectured on the Federal Rules of Evidence. In the Fall of 2025 I will co-teach again at Fordham Law.

Trade secret litigation; served on winning trial team in trial in the Eastern District of New York.Litigation against the FDA and USPTO in Washington DC concerning generic drug exclusivities and patent listing in the Orange Book.

Assisted senior mediator in facilitating settlements of civil cases up on appeal.

Worked with Office of General Counsel in drafting a report to Congressional requesters (including then Chairman of the Subcommittee on National Security, Veterans Affairs and International Relations).
