For the past 15+ years, I've had the privilege of partnering with the world’s smartest marketers at Fortune 500 brands while leading high-performing, integrated teams at global ad agencies. And I’ve built multichannel marketing strategies and award-winning creative campaigns that have not only deepened engagement, but also increased conversion and driven brand loyalty and awareness. I’ve developed conversation-starting campaigns, like Lincoln Financial Group’s (Un)Spoken Plan, which was shortlisted at The One Show, led to an all-time high of brand awareness for Lincoln, and garnered over 100 million earned media impressions. I nerd out on data, dashboards, the latest tech and platform trends. I listen, learn, and listen some more. I love to uncover new, unexpected ways to reach consumers and solve brands' toughest challenges with creative, data-driven solutions. Like when Zyrtec wanted to create value beyond the pill and I used statistical modeling, search, and social data to develop their first API/index, an “allergy real feel” to help manage allergy sufferers’ daily symptoms. This API was successfully used across Zyrtec’s first allergy app, AllergyCast, an Alexa Skill, Google Assistant, ecomm on the likes of Amazon and Target.com, and Zyrtec.com. I’ve had the honor of managing teams with empathy and creating space for growth, learning, and success. It’s why I’ve had people who work for me follow me from organization to organization. And why I can call a handful of them — and clients — my lifelong friends. I love to dig into and push the work. Super Bowl Sunday is still one of my favorite days of the year. Not for the game of course 😊 My perspective is always glass-half full and I’m often told my laughter is contagious - co-workers have shared that they miss it once we no longer work together! Outside of the office, you’ll find me spending time with family and friends, staying active (I’ve run two marathons and am an avid Pelotoner), planning my next trip, and looking for ways to decorate my new Brooklyn apartment.
