I often joke that I've spent 100 years at Lowe's, thanks to both my parents' long tenure, however, I now have more than 24 years of my own diverse Lowe's experience ranging from Associate Relations, Supply Chain, New Store Setup, DACI Operations, HR Optimization, to my current role in HR Rewards & Recognition. In each role, I strive to lead, challenge, and be challenged, whether it's by analyzing and executing cost-effective business solutions or by motivating teams to achieve outstanding results. My strengths include building strong relationships, excellent communication skills, and a passion for associate recognition, which I feel very fortunate to use to support the most important part of any organization - the people.
