I completed my Bachelor of Arts degree in 2000, double major in Sociology and Physical Anthropology, with a focus on Criminal Sociology. I also completed a certificate in Criminology and later a certificate in Leadership. All through Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador. I worked in Security and Private investigations while completing my degree. I managed a private Security company from 2000-2006 when I made the move to Loss Prevention with Loblaw. During my time with Loblaw I have completed training in Wicklander interview and interrogation methods, behavioural analysis interviewing and advanced interrogation techniques. I have 26 years experience in Loss Prevention/Asset Protection, 24 years experience in Management and extensive experience in compliance auditing, Inventory, internal investigations and time management.
