As a member of Seyfarth’s Construction Group resident in the Washington, D.C., office, Wendy splits her time between transactional work (preparing and negotiating construction contracts) and litigation (prosecuting and defending against construction defect and delay claims, breach of contract claims, and change order disputes). She advises her clients on a wide variety of issues arising on construction projects, including issues related to contract interpretation, claim documentation, and dispute avoidance and resolution. Wendy’s clients include public and private owners, general contractors, and subcontractors. Wendy has taught (in the college setting as well as at industry workshops) a wide variety of topics of interest to the construction industry, including construction contract law, the formation and negotiation of contracts, contract interpretation, project administration, project documentation, and claim and dispute resolution.
