I'm passionate about helping courageous people live their fullest life and be utterly filled as they do so!Most recently, I was an HR professional. While working in Corporate America, I discovered that fitness and wellness helped me not only create balance within my life but also cope with incredibly stressful circumstances inside and outside of work. When my HR job left me in 2015 via a corporate downsizing, I decided to follow my passion for fitness and bring much-needed joy back into my life. Fast forward to today, I am now a fitness professional, nutrition coach, motivator, and wellness blogger. As a fitness professional, I teach virtual HIIT, barre fusion, and stretching classes to people of all fitness levels. In addition, through nutrition coaching and blogging, I share my knowledge about nutrition so people can make informed purchasing decisions, protect their health, and protect the health of those they love. I think it is so important to share with others because when we know better, we do better. After all, we have one life to live, and shouldn’t we do what we can to enjoy it with our friends and family to the fullest?With this job, I have the freedom to work from home, and I'm surrounded by a community of hardworking, dynamic, inspiring people who are working towards the same mission.
