Most of my tasks consist of answering RFIs and reviewing submittals, as well as working on construction documents and updating schematic design for our newer projects. I work closely with our consultants from the beginning of the design process to make sure that the building meets the clients expectations and runs as a well working unit. I am also the main BIM member of the team, setting up new projects, creating templates and families, as well as assisting other team members in learning and utilizing Revit to its fullest potential. Designer on two grocery remodel projects; creating construction documents and coordinating with the client and consultants. Participated in scope trips, office meetings, and helping other designers with their projects. Provided Revit assistance, as well as assistance in general office maintenance and organization. Created and maintained a 2 month office calender for all current project due dates, as well as redesigning an unused office and turning it into a materials library.

As an introduction to the Architecture field I participated in squad checks and project meetings. I set up construction documents, redlined projects, as well updated Revit files. I also helped set up office activities.
