Product Manager for a range of UK walking and outdoor holidays, for HF Holidays, the UK's largest walking holiday operator. Promotion from the role of Worldwide Product Manager meant that I now manage the company's largest product. I manage a team of 5 and work with various departments to improve and develop our product in terms of financial performance, quality, and sales.

Promotion from the Trails & Cycling role took me to the position of Worldwide Product Manager. Whilst the product management roles and responsibilities were similar, this was a bigger product and allowed me to better utilise my creativity and strategic planning skills. Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Team, we doubled the profits of the Worldwide product in one year, whilst improving quality and adding successful new destinations. Holidays added included locations such as: Nepal (Annapurna), Canada (Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Ontario, Quebec), USA (New England), Ecuador (Galapagos), Madagascar, Australia (Tasmania), Malaysia (Borneo), amongst others.

Trails and Cycling Product Manager for the UK's largest walking and outdoor holiday specialist. With an administrator and a team of volunteer walks leaders, I managed the guided and self-guided long distance walking trail and cycling holidays. This included working with the Sales & Marketing team to promote the product and increase sales, the Customer Service team to address any quality issues, training the Reservations team about the product, liaising with the Finance team to monitor and improve financial performance, as well as developing the product and introducing new holidays- many of which remain best sellers.

Responsible for organising extra curricular programmes for further education students. This included running overseas expeditions, the Duke of Edinburgh award, team building lessons and residentials, fundraising events etc.

Responsible for recruiting, organising and running personal development courses for teams of young people (aged 16-25).

Responsibilities included teaching & lecturing on animal welfare & conservation; organising events, managing a team of volunteers, running classes and activities for a wide range of ages.

Organised and led adventure tours for small groups of 10-15 pax.
