CurrentPerform daily layered audits: Observe production floor, machinery stations, to ensure that operations running efficientlyVisually inspect products on manufacturing floor and receiving station to verify that they meet company standardsRead blueprints, use gage, and measuring tools to ensure that products are within approval rangesPerform First Article inspection, approve, reject, rework, or discard defective productsDocument inspection results by completing tally worksheets and inputting data into quality database using excel and SAP softwareTrain new hires and temps on how to perform their duties:Visually inspect productsUse Microsoft Office Suites Use SAP softwareImplement new or updated procedures, and safety regulationsWork with teams to develop process documentation, training manuals, and make revisionsEnsure that individuals are following safety rules and regulations as set by OSHA such as:Wearing suitable attire and using equipment according to each area's hazard levelsReport accidents and or injuries to the Safety CoordinatorProperly following guide books on how to operate machinery and perform taskInform operators on latest or updated information about products and machinery operationsSummit a detailed summary regarding daily findings and resolutionsDock AuditorMonitor logistics floor and daily schedules to ensure that operations are running accordinglyPerform final visual inspect of all packages before they're loaded into carrierPeriodically check inventory and product location in storagePause shipments if issues are found and contact responsible parties to resolve or replace shipmentsResolve issues by performing investigations: documenting, photographing, recording, and interviewing eye witnessesParticipate in daily meetings to share information and updates with associates from different departments: engineers, supervisors, team leaders, etc...Summit a detailed summary log of each work day
